Yeeeeah, that joke didn't go over well. My cousins chased the chickens constantly, and they stopped laying. My grandfather was yelling at them to stop chasing the chickens, but they were determined to rope a chicken until they went home.
When I told my grandfather what I had told them, I got my butt whipped and then he started laughing until he had tears running down his face.
