Blue Andalusians are beautiful birds! I third the idea that it could be slight meconium staining if it's the entire chick and it's the only one. Very interesting.

I've also had silkie crosses have the green coloration, mostly on their face. Here it's usually when they're crossed with an EE which makes sense. However Andalusians are supposed to have white skin, aren't they?
