Why wont it grow

I baby chicks that i had for about 4-5 weeks and one of them just isn't growing. What do i do about it.

Sometimes they just fail to thrive and there's really nothing you can do about that.
Are you sure the other chicks are giving the small chick a chance to eat her fill at the feeder(s)?
My runt chick, who is also half blind, wasn't allowed to eat enough at the feeders by the other chicks. I started taking her aside each day for some one-on-one feedings and she was able to catch up.

What breed is it? If it is one of the heritage breeds they can be very slow growers.

I have one that is just pettite, very healthy, just smaller. not supposed to be a banty. Cute

I have one that is literally half the size of her same age peers.

I agree with gritsar. I also put out more than one feeder out so if the other chicks are driving one out of the feeder there is always another feeder available.
