why won't my chickens go to bed?!

I have 6 new chcickens, I have had for about 3 weeks now. They are all about 13 weeks old and are mixed breeds. They all go in the coop at night on their own apart from two (one chicken and one cockerel). They are both Polish and every evening I have to put them in. How can I make them learn to go in on their own?
