why won't my chickens lay me an egg

i have one small Banty hen that lays me an egg ALMOST every day but I also have 4 14 month old comets, 1 11 month old RIR and a year old NHR, none of them will lay eggs. We have been fighting a nasty repertory bug but they are all acting normal now and very active. I have layer crumbles, oyster shells, cracked corn, plenty of water available for them. I read that they need plenty of sunlight so we went as far as to put a screen door in the coop.... I'm not sure what else I can do for them., I've never had this problem before

Have they layed for you before? How long ago were they sick?

My New Hampshire has laid two eggs before, one like sand paper and the other shell less. I have had them about 3 months and they are just getting over the bug.
