Why wont my feeder work???

Its the 90 angle. I made the same thing and now I hate it because it wont work. What a waste of time and money.

I've seen people talking about this issue a few times and I haven't seen anyone try the other 90 degree elbow for this...

Most people try the standard 90 (Picture #1) but should maybe try whats called a "long" 90 or "sweeping" 90 connector (Picture #2)...

Standard 90:

i would cut it in half and make 2 from it swaping your 90* for sweeping 90* or 45* in the corners ... you shouldnt have any problems then

The "sweeping 90" will have the same results. The bottom is to great a distance, to long, for gravity to draw the feed to the center.

Here's another tip: When I do this stuff I never glue them together. I just put a screw or two through the joints. That way I can easily swap them out if I decide to do something different. Course you'd have to glue for water, but otherwise, I never glue up PVC.

I bought 2 45 degree's and I am going to try them tomorrow. I will keep you posted!

Galanie -- I never glue them either! You never know when you will need to take them apart!!!

I would have started middle the 45 degree slope both ways into PVC so like a TP and PVC with holes
