Must be an offspring of that bucket from awhile back. You should re-home it before it grows up and becomes dangerous to your adult chickens too!
 
Peg that one as a rooster!
My hens never walk on stuff, but I have to hook all the water buckets to the fences due to the darn rooster that walks on anything and everything. Can't leave a water bucket unattended for 5 seconds around him without having to refill it!

I dunno what it is though, the hens learned "manners" so to speak, but the roo just focuses on one thing in the distance and walks on whatever is in the way
