Any tips? On telling girl or boys? Any of their instincts I have to be aware of? Well for one thing I know that when I let them out to play they fly all around each other and bump each other faces!?!? Somewhat I don't know if you get what I mean!!
The comb doesn't seem to be really red for the age, but if it reddens more than it is within the next few days-a week, you most likely have a rooster. My pullets seemed to mature quickly also and my rooster at this age seemed to have a lot bigger comb. I'm sort of on the fence because of the barring also since it is so white, but the barred rocks usually are a bit tricky to sex.
I believe many have tried to help your persistent request. The fact of the matter is, it's just too early. I'm sorry. Sexing chicken at this age is just tough.
