Wierd Egg

I have layers and pullet chickens running around together and on of them is laying a tiny eggs with only eggwhite inside, which chicken? what's wrong?

Welcome to BYC. That is known as a wind egg or fart egg by some, and is fairly common in young layers. Some contain a tiny yolk and some don't.
