Troutbum to the rescue of chickencoop31320 and trying to answer your question(two entries ago); perhaps because you spend more time taking care of family and pets than yourself and the only relaxation you find is on BYC which isn't at all bad, you just need to get out and get some fresh air once in awhile. Finally, I know its not a self-portrait, but your avatar kind of reflects your question...coincidence?
