So, I recently went on a week-long trip to Singapore (for work). My husband was left to take care of the farm and kids. When I got back, he was majorly impressed that he had managed to keep all 873 chickens and 124 ducks alive and well. When I corrected him to say that there are really only 5-ish chickens (there are really close to 50) and even fewer ducks (this is true, we only have 4), he said "that is the difference between "wife chicken math" (where there are fewer poultry/fowl than a normal person would count) and "husband chicken math" (where there are more poultry/fowl than a normal person would count)." He is apparently well-versed in the intricacies of chicken match. I got a chuckle out of that.
