Wife is allergic to quail eggs!!!!

It would appear that my wife is allergic to quail eggs. The last 3 times we had them for breakfast she was fine for a few hours then the nausea set in for a few hours more. She was fine by 3 or 4 in the afternoon but today was the worst. Seems like her reaction has been worse each time. It's very sad. This was a hobby that we could share with our young son, now, it hardly seems worth the trouble.

Anyone else had this problem and been able to lick it?

How does she react to chicken eggs?

Check with an allergist.

I'm too don't have reaction with chicken eggs but quail eggs for last three occasion. I had the same reaction just like you described. Nausea sets in [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]after few hours until to empty out your stomach. I don't know what in it that caused my reaction so I tried to avoid eating it last 20 years. Same here I'm trying to find answer to this but haven't find one yet.[/FONT]
