So, we bought 10 pullets. They are 5 weeks old. After reading several threads about combs, I'm thinking we have a little fella. Can you confirm? We were told RIR or maybe Red Sexlink.

Ya that's looking like a cockerel.
And being a cockerel it's not a RSL.
I'd say hatchery RIR or production red.

Yeah, kinda what we figured. All the other 9 have very little combs and more of a peach to yellow tint. Thanks for the quick response!!
