Wild bantams

Ok so my bantams are running around crazy pecking at my hens and rooster trying to look tough any help

Never raised bantams but have heard they are fiesty compaired to regular chickens. Any group of chickens will establish a pecking order which may be what's going on.

Why do they do that

It's just a natural behavior. Have you ever heard the expression "rules the roost". They don't live in a democratic society.
