Wild Bronze Gobbler’s Head is Now Dark Red and Grey Like Vulture

This has been in the last 24 hours. Anybody know what this is? I just gave him some penicillin, but I’ve never seen this. He looks like a buzzard and is extremely lethargic.

Can you detail his other symptoms? How old is he, is he sneezing, how's his poop look, anything else you see out of the ordinary?

Just over a year old. Nothing else seems out of the ordinary other than his very sickly looking head and his demeanor. He is normally high energy but he would refuse to eat. This morning he looked slightly better, and has begun to peck at last night’s pellets. I gave him some penicillin, and will continue to, and hopefully that will do the trick. I’ve had turkeys before, but never seen anything like this. It almost looks like the mange.
