Wild chicken, need help identifying

Yeah. Depending on where you live. In tropical places there are thriving chicken flocks, they survive perfectly off of humans and all of the things they drop, and there is also food and shelter in forests.
Where BiomeBob lives, there appears to be not much for living plant life.

Ok, thanks everyone for your input - some kind of American game hen it is then. Definitely it is not anything exotic. Hmmm- game hens have been tasty (and small) though... It apparently hasn't been around today.
Plus we haven't seen any eggs in the past couple days in the pen with the hens. Not unusual I guess, but we'll see in the next couple days.

That's what I thought. Unusual then. I figured being able to fly as she's done, that she's been in the wild for quite some time.
With the other chickens in the pen, we'll see if anymore eggs get eaten.

No, we're definitely not tropical (except from what a greenhouse may produce). Actually, besides the usual cacti, we do have a lot of miscellaneous large and small bushes and trees (i.e. willows, mulberry...) and scattered grasses. That's not even counting the flower and vegetable gardens sprawled around town.
