Hello again,
The chicks have continued to improve, with the Brindle walking again and Amy Winehouse (with eyeliner), the one with a bump on her nose limping less but then after it seemed the fowl pox was healing, Brindle has a horrible new outbreak and some others are looking worse with more wort-like bumps, as well. Does anyone have experience with fowl pox reoccurring quickly and with more virulence? I'm out of town now but a good friend is continuing with the vitamin waters and nutritional yeast, and using colloidal silver on the bumps. We treated them for mites about a week ago, dusting them gently with pyrethrin powder (the power puff method in a bit of old hosiery worked well) and spraying the coop with a liquid concentrate, diluted.
Thank you for any potential insight or additional help!
