Wild dove with broken wing. Help!

This morning I found a young mourning dove walking around on the ground, seemingly with a broken or sprained wing. I was already running late for work so I had to leave it in the backyard. When I go on break I want to try to find it and help it. What should I do? Wrap the wing to it’s body with ace bandages? I can’t just leave it to die out there😕. Help please!
