I rescued 5 duck eggs- 2 seem to have passed away. I counted backward from the first day we noticed the male mallard and so I thought they would hatch 2 days ago. They haven’t internally pipped yet. Do I keep waiting? Should I worry? Temp in the incubator is 98, humidity is 65%.
Up until last weekend I had temp at 99 and humidity was 40% ish.
I candled this morning I still see movement. Can I post a video or photo in here? Did I calculate wrong possibly?

Update: 2/3 living eggs pipped externally by 9:55 this morning (I didn’t notice earlier but the pips are on the far side). Third one internally pipped but I don’t know when. It’s been hours with absolutely no change. Is this normal? I thought an average hatch was 12 Hours?

The third one still hasn’t externally pipped. It’s been 12 Hours. Is it ok in there? I know it’s pipped through its membrane.

Update: 22 hrs, third one pipped last night 10:30. No change other than that. Will zipping begin soon?

Third one pipped externally last night, but no change it’s been 28 hrs. Should I begin helping peel away shell?
