Wild goose has moved in.

A greater white fronted goose has adopted my 3 toulouse as its family. It's been 3 months now and it goes where ever the toulouse geese go. I live in north Florida and this goose habitat is in Alaska. Very strange for it to have wanderd this far south.
It has the same coloration as the toulouse, but halt the size. Looks like a duck, but its a goose

It might be a greylag, it's hard to tell from the pic. Greylags are commonly kept in captivity and would be much more likely.
Can you tell if it's marked in any way?
Hind toe clip, band, tattoo on the webbing, wing pinion, etc.

Be vert careful, AI along the east coast. Also saw it was found in a turkey farm in one of the "I" states.

OK. Migratory birds have been there/or through for about that same time. Hope it's a nothing burger.

It's a very quiet goose and submissive; my guess is female. It's skidish and only now shows up with the rest of the domestic geese at feeding time, but keeps its distance at about 50 feet. Not tame at all.

It flys very well and keeps its distance at about 50 feet from me. Can't get close enough, but I don't see any leg band.

When I was young we would get birds that would join our chickens. We had wild mallards and a guinea fowl. The ducks had babies and decided to stay until the babies could fly. The guinea stayed for years. The ducks kept their distance but would coop up every night with the chickens. The guinea grew to enjoy our company.
