Rose, the strawberry roan filly, kept her distance from this herd, but she wouldn't leave. She was too interested in the colts, the big one, in particular.

Coal kept an eye on Zelda, failing to notice the strange filly.

Apache was standing under a tree, sound asleep.
 
Dawn nursed her foals. Saturn was growing to be a strong filly, just like her older sister, Fandance.

Sunstreak was grazing a ways away from his only mare, keeping his eye on the horizon. At this time of the year, he felt pressured to have mates.

Zelda nuzzled Coal, then started grazing
 
Lilith nickered to Black Sky's
Starwind played quietly around her dam

Dawn looked around Diablo's herd, then started grazing again

Sunset Glory lay down to rest, nickering to Full Moon
