Dezi looked at him puzzled. "I'm not bucking or hurting him." She thought to herself.

Dezi backed a few steps away. "I don't want him to bite me." She said to Char.

Char sighed. "Dezi, he's a colt. He's practicing to be a stallion. Y'know, fighting other stallions?" She rushed her brother, biting him on the neck. "Knock it off! She's a filly, not a colt."

Coal returned to all-fours, stifled by his twin's bite. "Sorry."

Lily started to gallop once she was far away enough from her mother.She loved the feeling of the wind flowing through her mane.She had never felt so free.She skidded to a stop and whinnied in delight.

She looked around wondering if any other horses were nearby.She never had any friends when she was younger and wanted one badly.She began to trot ,still looking out for other horses and danger.
