Dawn glanced at Dezi sympathetically, then looked back to Zachorzy, giving him a cold look. "Be my guest," she said tartly, and went back into her cave to nurse her foals.
Zachorzy watched until Dawn was out of his sight. Lowering his head, he nuzzled Eliza's head. He'd finally found a mare, and he'd learned what it was to love.
