Spice's brow furrowed as she saw Outlaw's chest heave up and down. "Outlaw?" she whispered.

"Goodbye... Spice," he choked out, "the... last horse I had..." His sides gave a massive shudder.

"Outlaw!" Spice cried. He was still breathing... wasn't he? His sides went down... But all it was, was the air escaping from his lungs. Spice broke down and cried, laying down beside his still-warm body.
