Freckles walked over. She almost stepped on Snowbird. "hello, I'm Freckles. Welcome to the Plain Herd. Wanna race? Just you and me?" she looked at Kellen and Cloud. "Or do you two Ponnocios have to come along with us?" she added.

Cloud glanced at freckles. "'Scuse me?"

"What?" Zane asked, looking to the sky himself. "What's up there?"

Emerald looked back at zane. "Hmm? Oh sorry.. Got sidetracked..." She murmured.

After a few moments of staring up at the sky, he started off at a gallop.

"Huh?" Cloud said trotting up to myrtle.

Emerald went galloping after him.

Muttering to herself, the blue roan started off at a leggy prance, heading towards Kellen.

Zane snorted and looked behind him. Emerald was following. Grinning to himself, the stallion quickened his pace.

"Yeah," Myrtle said, glaring at Snowbird. With an indignant snort, she began to walk towards Freckles. On the way, her hoof grazed Snowbird's cheek, leaving a gash. "O-o-oh, I am so sorry," she snickered.

Snowbird kept laying on the ground. Freckles tossed her head and stopped. "First one to get to that oak tree wins."

Moon put out a deep, low nicker-like rumble. His trot broke out into a canter.

Cerulean broke into a trot, as to not leave her foals behind. Regardless, she drew ahead of the twins, heading in a straight line towards Moon.

Helio smiled. "Good." he went over to the oasis to drink.

Monsoon and Typhoon stood rump-to-rump, each gazing a different direction, eyes half-open. This was often how the twins rested.

Hurricane and Tornado were squabbling over a tuft of dry, spiky brown grass.
