Are you a member of the ADA or NPA? There's most likely a breeder with wild pieds there.

Oh also try eggbid.com as of a few hours ago, there was only one ringneck auction, and the color was "breeder's choice" but if you keep looking you may find what you're looking for. As far as price, i don't know about wild pieds, but out Tangerine pieds cost between, 8-25 dollars each.
