Wild Turkey Egg With Wrong End Pip

I received some wild turkey eggs from a farmer friend of mine. I know NOTHING about incubating and hatching eggs. Just got chicken chicks June 1st. I've had one egg crack and rot (!) one explode (oy!) and threw 2 away that quit developing. That leaves me with 8 that seem to be ready to hatch!
Lots of movement from about 6 of them. 2 are minimal. I think I can hear peeping in there. I have a HovaBator, I think, from a friend. One that hadn't moved alot just made its first external pip about 2 hours ago. It's a tiny little puncture in the egg shell. The problem I think, is that it's at the wrong end (narrow) I've added water to take the humidity up to 65% and put them in lockdown. Just not sure what comes next and what the timing should be.
I've googled myself to death with this adventure

and now I've joined up here for some live advice! I know that turkeys are tricky to hatch anyway and I'd truly like to keep the 8 that are left! I'll take your advice and anecdotes

I have never hatched turkey but have had several chickens pip at the wrong end. Some do just fine and zip and hatch, but most seemed to have gotten stuck at some point. I do not have any issues with helping the hatch if need but I caution you to research it A LOT before attempting it. It can be tricky and many times (others have reported) that they do not turn out well. I have helped several and have only had 1 die after assisting in the hatch. I felt terrible but don't think that the chick would have survived anyway. Just remember is there is any bleeding at all STOP!

Make sure you give them lots of time - my hatches seem to take 12-18 hours; and you may even want to bump your humidity up a little more. I usually run mine at 75% for lockdown. My last 3 hatches have been right around 90%. If you hear peeping that's a good sign. Internal pipping has occurred if you can hear them.
