Wildfife Rehabilitators?

Is there anyone on here who is one? If so do any of you have any tips on how you get started? What I would need to know? Thanks guys!

I'm not, but may pursue a license at a future date. I know there are several people on here who are, so hopefully they'll jump in. Probably varies a bit state to state, but here is an idea of what is required:

I'm not, either, but have considered doing the training. If you have a local certified rescue organization, you can ask them. Where I live, one organization has training at certain times of the year. Then, you have to volunteer a certain number of hours after our training before you can get certified.

i am not one but i always end up with baby birds that people find after storms. I feed them until i can get them to the wildlife refuge. I usually feed soaked dry dog food every 2-3 hours.
