I just got Six unecxpected mallard duck eggs, and i have 30 button eggs comming next week. I have two incubators but one of them takes a while longer to get the temp. stableized. I would rather not get the other one running but if i have to i will. Do you think they will fit together?

that should be ok except the hatch days will be diffrent button quail take about 15-16 days to a ducks about 28 days.
Now if you set the duck eggs now and then the button eggs in about a week you will only be off by a few days , hopefully somoene else will have advice for you about that . but they should fit fine 30 button eggs take up about as much space and half egg carton or so

10 button eggs equals about 1 chicken egg. You can fit 100s in most standard table top incubators. I fit over 100 coturnix eggs in my 9200 lg and those are more than twice the size of button eggs. The problem is you really shouldn't open the bator or leave a turner running when eggs are getting ready to hatch so if you set quail and ducks you will have a problem when it comes time for the quail to hatch but the ducks still need turned. It would be best to get the other bator running a few days before you need to stop turning the quail eggs and then move them over to hatch in the other bator. Then you can keep turning the duck eggs in the first bator.
