Will a chick that crows early mature faster sexually?

I have a New Hampshire red cockrel I bought for my flock because I need to replace an aggressive rooster. The NHR (Bo) started crowing at 4 weeks old and I want to know he will reach sexual maturity faster because of this?

That has been my experience. Whether or not mature hens will accept him as a cockerel may be another story.
