will a staggered hatch "hurt" the younger eggs?

the title of this thread pretty much says it all. but i just set some beautiful olive eggs and dark brown eggs today for a friend of mine (he told me some were a month old!....to which i said they may not hatch very well). and then he has a dozen light brown eggs that he wanted the chicks from that to be separated from the dark brown and olive eggs. so if i set them a week later in the same incubator, will that damage the younger eggs during lockdown with all the hatching and high humidity?
