Will antibiotics skew necropsy results?

I have sick chickens and want to know what they have. Fortunately/unfortunately it wasn't so bad that any of them have died.... so if I want a diagnosis, I need to cull the weakest of the bunch and send her in. My question is will I get accurate results if she's been treated with antibiotics with the rest of them?

I don't know for sure, but I'd say probably. The antibiotics should be preventing or damaging the disease, so maybe some signs aren't showing because of them.
