Will Chickens eat Holly Plants?

I have my chickens contained by an electric fence that goes around a Bradford pear tree. A short ways down from that we have 7 Nellie R. Stevens holly plants that we planted last year to hide a neighbors unsightly mess. We were not paying attention and almost lost the holly plants to grass hoppers. Those little buggers are everywhere and back this year.

This morning my beloved asked if I could extend the run to include the holly, problem solved with the grass hoppers! I can easily order another section of fence but I didn't know if the chickens would hurt the holly plants?
