will chickens peck at each other

i dont have chickens yet but im getting 2 rescue chickens and then 5 chicks from a hatchery. im worrying that they might not get along and peck at each other? Have you ever had problems with aggressive hens? im getting large docile breeds but because 2 of them are rescue hens they aren't gonna be very calm. If one of the hens is constantly pecking everybody else is their anyway to make her stop other then getting ride of her?

Yes they will. That's how the term pecking order came to be. Do a search here on integrating chickens so you know what to expect and how to minimize problems. Good luck with your new girls, you're going to love chicken keeping.

i know they will peck for the first few days to get the peck order all sorted out but what happens if they keep on pecking after that
