WILL EGGS FREEZE OVERNIGHT?

I DON'T COLLECT EGGS EVERY DAY (USUALLY EVERY OTHER DAY) BUT IT IS GETTING COLD HERE AT NIGHT-LOW 20'S, IF THE EGGS SIT IN THE NEST BOXES OVERNIGHT WITH THE HENS SITTING ON THEM, WILL THEY FREEZE AND BE INEDIBLE?

probably not if the hen is sitting on them, but i still wouldn't take the chance. if you want to eat one and you think it's edible, crack it first and see if it looks okay. hope i helped!

If they freeze I would bake with them. Freezing changes the texture of the egg.
Also I would REALLY try to collect everyday.
