Will eggs hatch at 40%??

I have a staggered hatch and i am not willing to give up 18 eggs to 3 . Will the 3 early eggs hatch at 40%?

While my eggs are incubating I ALWAYS have the humidity around 50-55% and raise it at the end (last 3 days). I always have great hatch rates so I am sure you could at least raise it to 55% and have them all be fine. (My parents only raise their humidty to 60% for days 18-21.)

I just had some start hatching this past Saturday and am pretty sure the last one hatched this morning-85% hatch rate for slightly staggered group.
Just my opinion.
