Will guineas hurt chickens?

My four guineas ONLY attacked Rhode Island Reds. There were hens smaller than they were who could run at them and chase them away and the guineas wouldn't retaliate, but the RIR's were fair game. The other hens would all try to break up fights between the guineas and didn't suffer for it, but then my three RIRs would have to hide in nestboxes to keep from being beaten up. Guineas fight by bodyslamming their victims from all sides at once, not the way chickens fight at all.
