Will hatcheries ship 3 birds?

If the breeds you listed are ones you want, yes, Meyer carries those!

Are there any others you're after?

I'm not really sure what breeds I want lol I decided to just wait until the birds I have now die or get to old and then get 6-7 more. I'm not really after any certain breed but I would love a white egg layer, and brown,a chocolate brown, and blue or olive. Also do you think I should get one of multiple breeds or two? If I get two I will not be able to get every color of egg but I guess it doesn't matter. Thank you so much for taking your time to help me! Thank you!

You're so welcome! I enjoy doing whatever I can to help.

I would personally go after a variety of colored egg layers to achieve a nice mix.

Meyer's got a LOT of white layers, they've also got very nice Marans (my BCM gives us stunning DARK brown eggs), Easter Eggers, Olive Eggers, and true Ameraucanas or Cream Legbars for blue.

Usually the minimum is just for shipping. If you go directly to the hatchery you can often purchase fewer.  If you want to know what breeds Meyer has, go to their website and they have everything listed.

I went to there website but unfortunately it didn't load so I figure maybe someone on here may no.

Thank you! I'm going to have to check out Cream Legbars I've never heard of them before! :)
