Check out that link. It's got good photographs of fertile vs. non-fertile eggs. The longer a fertile egg sits before being refrigerated, the bigger the little bullseye gets. If you collect frequently and refrigerate promptly, there's hardly any difference at all between a fertile egg and one that's not.

Where can I get something like this!! I homeschool my grandson and in the past our hens hatched the eggs, but I wanted to add a few to our incubator for his argiculture studies and this would be amazing!
