Will I be able to tell the difference between Pekin and Swedish duck eggs?

So I have two ducks, a Pekin and a Swedish. Based on quacks I think the Pekin is a girl and the Swedish a boy, but I really don't know (they were straight run random ducklings from the feed store). I also have 3 Easter Egger pullets about the same age (and one roo, sigh. Anyone need a roo?). I know the Easter Eggers will lay colored eggs and that Pekins lay white ones. But if I'm wrong and both ducks are girls (or the Swedish is a girl and the Pekin a boy) would I be able to tell the difference?
