I've been monitoring my incubator temp and humidity since Saturday, planning to put eggs in Wed eve or Thurs morn. Just wondering what to expect as far a temperature change when I add the eggs, so I can try to adjust accordingly now. I have a still-air incubator, and it will be pretty full with about 34 eggs in it. Does the temperature usually hold about steady whether it is full or empty, or can I expect it to go up or down when I put the eggs in?

it will more than likely go down, especially with that amount of eggs, but once they warm up.. it should go up to what it was.. or pretty close. I wouldnt make any changes now because you never know. just watch and adjust as needed.

Thanks so much! I can't believe how much I've been obsessing over all of this. It's to the point where I'm having dreams about eggs at night!
