Will it hatch?

I am incubating for the first time. When I went out to collect the egg/s they were very cold will they hatch? If they do will they be healthy?

If they froze they won't hatch. If it was just cold that shouldn't affect whether they'll be healthy or not.
What was the temperature outside?

it was about 30 degrees.
