Will lights for heat disrupt laying?

Hi,
My 3 week old chicks are doing well. I have 3 clamp lights hung for heat that are on all the time, depending on the temps. Here in MN, we're still in the low 30s at night. My question is, will having the lights on 24/7 so far disrupt their egg-laying later on? Is it OK to turn the heat lamps on on occasional cold nights during the summer?

The coop is insulated and they've been in there since day one in a brooder pen. Now they have the run of the place, but the heat lamps are in the same spot and they go back & snuggle down under those for naps. I've got 10 RIRs and 10 SLWs.

Thanks!

Once they get about 5-6 weeks old they won't need any heat lamps at all. The lights shouldn't affect their egg prodution later on. In fact they need a certain amount of light to keep production up in the winter but not necessarily a heat lamp.
