Will Muscovies hatch chickens sucesssfully?

Sure...as long as there is no nearby swimming water. Momma ducks lead the babies to the nearest water source a few days after hatching. A chick would follow and drown. If there is no pool, you are fine.

What Wifezilla said! As a kid I had a muscovy hatch some chicks. They did not venture into the water and drown, but became wet and chilled after their mother swam and died because of this. I also had bantam hens hatch and raise ducklings. They would go into apoplexy when the ducklings went for a swim in the creek. Chickens raising ducklings = success, Ducks raising chicks = failure. This was my experience.
