Will my 9 week old chick be okay

I have my pecked at 9 weeks old chick in a dog kennel covered with a blanket the temperature is supposed to stay from 46-48 degrees all night with winds of 16 mph will she be okay or does she need extra heat

Can you bring her in? If she's injured, she shouldn't be chilled or fighting to keep herself warm especially if she's by herself.
