will my chick be okay?

i have little LS chicks he bout a week n half old now but he has got some thing wrong with his eye its very sticky and keeps weeping....im bathing it everyday with sterile saline water but its not getting anybetter.
what can i do. no where by me sells and sort of antibiotic cream for chicks. is there no other remidy i can use.
will he be ok

Any time the eyes get nasty I think respiratory issues. Sorry, but I've not dealt with that type of illness. Perhaps you could post this under the "Emergencies" section so more people will notice it - people with more experience with illnesses. Hope your little chick recovers though
