will my chick be okay?

will my chick be okay?i have little LS chicks he bout a week n half old now but he has got some thing wrong with his eye its very sticky and keeps weeping....im bathing it everyday with sterile saline water but its not getting anybetter.
what can i do. no where by me sells and sort of antibiotic cream for chicks. is there no other remidy i can use.
will he be ok

Ditto You could use eye cream for dogs and cats if you find it nessacary
