Will my chickens ever get along?

Salmon faverolles are my favorite breed by far, even if they are a bit "needy". Friendliest chickens around, actually it's like owning a puppy. BUT...they get bullied by any and every other breed it seems.
I was lucky, I got the faverolles first and introduced younger ones. And they grew up with the reds otherwise they would be bullied by them constantly (RIR hens are some of the meanest things around, roosters probably worse, and they don't show any affection like the faverolles, great layers, boring breed).
To the point - make sure your faverolles are as big as they're gonna get before introducing to any other breed.. then you have the best odds you're gonna get.
My problem is this - I want to breed my SFs - so I'm on my 2nd (other breed) rooster the first one had to go - (3/4 of roosters are simply terrorists - and belong in the freezer)...BUT...even though I have 9 hens, the three SFs are the ones that get mated constantly and torn up because they're so darn timid, slow and friendly...2 have no back feathers..I have saddles to protect them...but I'm probably 2 weeks away from giving up on roosters...LITTLE SH^THEADS.

Anyone with SF roos please let me know if they are "softer" on the SF hens.

There are multiple roosts and a swing in there. This pic was taken before adding those features. I’ll look at adding more! Thank you!
