Will my duck be needing water?

It depends on how old they are.

Ducklings and growing ducks need water 24/7 for a while. Anytime that feed is available, they need water.

If they are adults and have no access to feed/treats etc then they can go without water overnight. Be careful during warm weather though as they do better with access to water whenever needed if the temps are up.

My duck is an adult. She isn't currently laying though.
When she is in the coop she doesn't have access to food. I feed her and my flock ( chickens ) at 6am, 12pm then at 4pm just before bed.
So I should be alright through Winter but when Summer comes around it is advised that I give her water, right?
