and I wish they would have more breeds but they just don't...at my county fair you can bring any breed of duck! As long as it is a duck! . But I won't be at the county fair

so I have to go straight to the state fair

Well good luck with your Pekins. Let us know how it goes. I wonder what it would take for them to add new breeds on a future year? I have two Pekins, but my hen is the better looking of the two, and she is a bit jumpy.

Thanks! And I will! Actually I'm going to meet with the guy whose in charge of the whole poultry show while I'm there and I'm going to request some new breeds to be added to the list! Be ready for a revised duck breed list at the 2012 state fair!
